Domenica is an entrepreneur and advocate dedicated to empowering WOC to to achieve equity and advocate for a just society.
Domenica Escatel graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Fine Art with an emphasis on Photography and Art Education. Domenica is a first-generation college graduate. Domenica graduated from Brandman University in 2013 with a Master's Degree in leadership. In 2015, Domenica rebranded her company to celebrate women of color and focus on leadership development with an emphasis on entrepreneurship. Domenica has been invited to participate in numerous speaking and panel engagements throughout the Central Valley.
Domenica is partnering with the founder of California Chingona fest to being your the biggest all-female, Latina festival in Fresno, Ca.
In 2016, Domenica was selected for the first class of the Modesto Bee's 20 under 40 that recognized upcoming leaders in Stanislaus County. In 2017, Domenica was selected to participate in the Hope Leadership Institute sponsored by Hispanas Organized for Political Equality. 2018, Domenica was selected as Stanislaus County Women of the year. 2018, Domenica was selected to participate in Leadership Modesto. 2019, Domenica was selected as 2019 Latina of Influence by Hispanic Lifestyle in Los Angeles. 2020, will be a speaker at the lEAD conference, in Boston. 2020, will be seen in the TEDX stage at San Jose State University.
